Mathome Training & Development (Pty) Ltd is an exciting Skills Training Provider and Consulting services company, passionately dedicated to the engineering, mining, and minerals sector! Since its inception in 2003 as a Close Corporation, we have been on a mission to tackle the skills shortage challenges in South Africa through innovative skills development initiatives. In 2007, we proudly transitioned into a private company, and our hard work has paid off! We are fully accredited as a top-notch service provider for training and development interventions in mineral excavations, specifically for Underground Hardrock mining operations. We're also thrilled to be certified and listed with the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) for our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System!

Our Accreditations
CTC proudly boasts an array of exciting accreditations and certifications from esteemed regulating bodies! We are officially recognized as a Skills Development Provider (SDP) and Trade Test Centre (TTC) for both Legacy and Occupational Trades by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). Additionally, we have received accreditation from the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) as a premier training provider for fantastic programs, including the MQA Artisan Aide Skills Programmes and Medium Voltage Skills Programmes, along with comprehensive qualifications in Underground Mining, Surface Excavations, and Coal. Our commitment to excellence is further highlighted by our Assessor and registrations with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET/NAMB), as well as our ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality and ISO 45001:2018 certification for Occupational Health and Safety.
